What we collect

When you press "Get my free quote" we receive what you type (name, phone, ZIP and, if you choose, email, address, start time and notes), your deck design, whether you ticked the call/text consent box, the date and time, and your IP address (used only to block spam).

Your design is saved in your own browser so you can come back to it. Nothing is sent to us until you submit the form.

How we use it

• To contact you about your deck request, prepare an estimate and schedule a site visit.
• If you ticked the consent box: to call and text you about your project and offers, including by automated technology. You can reply STOP at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• We do not sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

Great House staff, and the service providers we use to run our website, email and phone system. For Maryland projects we may pass your request to an MHIC-licensed partner contractor, and only with your OK.

How long we keep it

Lead records are deleted after 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records as required for contracts, permits and warranties.

Designs and prices

Designs are planning concepts, not construction documents or engineering. Any price shown is a budget estimate only, not an offer. The final price is set by written contract after a site visit.
